Charlie has been in the Construction, Grading, and Civil work world for almost 20 years. He is a graduate of LSU. He created Wilco construction in 2008 to fill a need for right sized contractors in the civil construction industry.

Fred is a pilar to the Spartanburg community. He has served on many committees on and off the construction sites and been extremely active in the blue collar world for over 40 years and in the corporate field successfully for the same. Fred is an excellent asset to us, personally, here, as well as to our business structure. He excels at estimating and production of quality work and leads us all with a lantern that simply cannot be extinguished.

Courtney is new to the construction world but brings over 12 years of experience in customer service and administrative assistance from non-profit and manufacturing environments. She is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and vendors. Courtney is a loving mother to two beautiful daughters as well as a singing Beagle and a bouncy German Shorthaired Pointer.

Stoli is a teenage black lab who enjoys waking up each day at 6:00 AM to bark at the squirrels. She still lives at home with Dad but likes to pretend she's an independent woman! Enjoys napping on the left side of the couch and yelling at strangers from Dad's truck as they pass by. Will not share her Cheez-its so don't even ask!

Josh has been in the construction industry since 2014, with a background in Project Management and a Master Electrical License focusing on Construction Finance. He has done ground up construction projects ranging from $100K to $300M from start to finish. He enjoys numbers and contracts, making him an asset when it comes to contract compliance and cash flow.

AJ has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

He enjoys staying current with the latest advancements in equipment, technology, technique and tools and then applying key learnings on the job site. AJ is a firm believer in attention to detail, integrity and reliability.

AJ says the best part about working at Wilco, besides when Charlie buys the guys lunch, is the thrill of using his knowledge and training to be part of the process of following a plan to complete a project while ensuring the customer is satisfied. We couldn't agree more, AJ.

When the hardhat comes off and AJ leaves the jobsite, he enjoys spending time with his 5 children.

James spent his teenage years working for his uncle's construction company where he developed a passion for taking a plan to a completed project. He later joined the United States Army and served in Iraq and Afghanistan. James joined our team after being a small business owner for many years and is ready to complete any job with precision and efficiency.

James' strong leadership skills, work ethic and unique problem solving abilities make him a great asset to the Wilco team.

When he's not on the job site, James enjoys spending time with his 4 children and 2 grandchildren and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs. Go Dawgs, James!
